Description
During the Union Revolts of the Jupiter-Pluto circuit, Joe defeated an O-Yoroi in close combat, which split the facial plate of his TAG with its sword. Proud of his victory, he never repaired that cut, which he wears as a trophy – a decoration of courage that coined the nickname for which he is known in the mercenary world: Scarface.
